Sun Country Airlines offers a flexible cancellation policy to accommodate travelers' changing plans. If you cancel your flight within 24 hours of booking and your flight is at least 7 days away, you can receive a full refund with no fees. After this 24-hour window, cancellations are still possible, but fees may apply based on how close you are to the departure date. Non-refundable tickets won’t offer cash refunds, but you’ll receive a travel credit that can be used for future flights, valid for up to 12 months from the cancellation date. Refundable tickets, on the other hand, allow you to cancel and receive a full refund to your original payment method.
