I was met with a kind grin and sincere professionalism as soon as I entered the Terminal D office. The personnel made me feel comfortable right away by responding to all of my inquiries, including those on baggage regulations and visa document checks. Their attention to detail was the most noticeable aspect. I had a preferred seat and a particular meal request that weren't available online, but the agent set everything up flawlessly in a matter of minutes. To help me avoid getting confused between gates, they even gave me a tour of the terminal's layout. When a little flight delay was announced, lounge access was made available.
