I had the most enjoyable travel experience, beyond my expectations, at the Lufthansa Airlines Office in Jakarta As soon as I arrived, I was welcomed and made to feel at ease by kind and competent service personnel. The staff was quite understanding when I had to make last-minute alterations to my original flight schedule. They gave me thorough information on baggage regulations and other services, assisted me in promptly rebooking my ticket, and offered options that accommodated my timetable.
