Filitra 20 mg, which contains vardenafil, is a medication used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. Like other PDE5 inhibitors, Filitra 20 mg works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual arousal. While it is generally well-tolerated, it can cause some side effects, most of which are mild and temporary.
Common side effects of Filitra 20 mg include:
Headache: One of the most frequently reported side effects, often due to the increased blood flow and changes in blood pressure.
Flushing: A feeling of warmth and redness in the face or neck, caused by the dilation of blood vessels.
Dizziness: This can occur due to changes in blood pressure or as a result of dehydration.
Indigestion (Dyspepsia): Some men may experience discomfort or a bloated feeling in the stomach after taking the medication.
Nasal Congestion: Some users may experience a blocked or stuffy nose, which is common with medications that affect blood flow.
Visual Disturbances: Rarely, FILITRA 20 MG may cause changes in vision, such as a bluish tint or sensitivity to light. If this occurs, medical attention should be sought immediately.
Most side effects are mild and subside over time. However, if serious symptoms like chest pain, priapism (prolonged erection), or sudden vision loss occur, immediate medical help should be sought.
