An 18-inch pizza is a giant compared to regular sizes. With a surface area almost double that of a 14-inch pizza, this large pizza can typically be cut into 8 to 12 slices, depending on the pizzeria. On average, one 18-inch pizza comfortably feeds 4 to 6 adults, assuming each person eats about 2 slices.
