The Delta Airlines Basel Office was excellent when I recently needed assistance with a complicated international reservation. The personnel were really informed, professional, and attentive. They went over all of my options with me, including connections around Paris and the possibility of an upgrade. These days, it's uncommon to receive such individualized care. I appreciate the Delta Basel staff for making my trip planning so easy!
