Because of the Scandinavian minimalist design, the workspace has the feel of a cozy lounge rather than a typical airline office. In addition to their skill, the staff genuinely wanted to make my trip as comfortable as possible. Their thorough recommendations on the best routes and sensible seat selections helped me plan my trip to Europe. They were quite willing to meet my particular requirements, from helping me with immigration to answering my questions about my luggage.
