The Jetblue Airlines Office in Port of Spain was the location of my best travel experience; everything there was easy and fun from beginning to end. The personnel was welcoming and made me feel comfortable from the time I came in. I went to the office to alter my flight, and the personnel was really helpful. The office was roomy, modern, and bright, with lots of windows letting in natural light. They grasped my predicament fast, provided me with a number of solutions, and easily walked me through the full procedure. Most striking was how well-organized and effective everything was. No uncertainty or waiting around existed.
