Navigating the Philippine Airlines terminal at ATL (Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport) was an easy and unexpectedly enjoyable experience. The airline personnel were friendly, supportive, and genuinely represented the Filipino hospitality that PAL is recognized for. Access to the lounge was a pleasant perk — tranquil, cozy, offering tasty cuisine and reliable Wi-Fi. I valued the charging stations available in the waiting areas and the ample seating, even at busy times. The signage was straightforward, and at no time did I feel hurried or perplexed. The boarding procedure was equally efficient, and the gate attendants were cordial and professional. It's evident that Philippine Airlines has worked hard to provide a smooth and inviting experience at ATL.
