Tadarise 60 mg, which contains Tadalafil, is a medication commonly used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED). While effective for improving blood flow to the penis, Tadarise 60 mg and other medications in the same class (PDE5 inhibitors) can occasionally cause vision changes as a side effect.
Effect on PDE5 Enzyme:
Tadalafil, the active ingredient in Tadarise 60 mg, works by inhibiting the PDE5 enzyme, which helps relax blood vessels and improves blood flow. This inhibition, however, can also affect other enzymes in the body, including those in the eyes, which may lead to vision disturbances.
Impact on the Retina:
PDE5 inhibitors can potentially alter the functioning of the retina (the light-sensitive tissue in the back of the eye), leading to visual disturbances like blurred vision, increased sensitivity to light, or a blue-tinged vision. This is thought to occur due to the inhibition of the PDE6 enzyme, which plays a role in the eye’s light response.
Other Possible Causes:
Low blood pressure caused by Tadarise 60 mg can affect blood flow to the eyes, leading to temporary vision changes.
Some men may also experience temporary color vision disturbances or vision blurring, which are typically reversible after the medication has been metabolized by the body.
Vision changes after taking TADARISE 60 MG are usually temporary and resolve once the medication has cleared the system. However, if these changes persist or worsen, it is important to consult a healthcare provider to ensure there are no underlying issues.
