Hi everyone! My extended family (about 40 people) is planning a big reunion trip across France, and we’re thinking of renting a charter bus for the journey. We want something comfortable, spacious, and flexible, since we have both elderly relatives and small kids traveling with us.
Here’s our plan:
Start in Nice – Some of us are flying into Nice Côte d’Azur Airport, so we need a pick-up service.
Provence Wine Tour – A day trip to visit vineyards and experience local wine culture.
Loire Valley Castles – Exploring historic castles like Château de Chambord.
Paris Final Stop – Visiting the Louvre, Eiffel Tower, and enjoying a farewell dinner.
Has anyone arranged a charter bus in France for a large family trip before? Would love to hear about your experiences, and if anyone can recommend a reliable company like bcs bus that can handle this type of journey.

I actually organized a family trip across France last year, and we faced the same challenge—finding a reliable charter bus service that could accommodate our large group comfortably. After researching a few options, we went with bcs bus, and I can’t recommend them enough!
The bus was super comfortable, with enough space for both kids and elderly relatives. The driver was professional and flexible, making sure we stayed on schedule while also allowing for spontaneous stops (which was great for our wine tour in Provence!). Plus, they handled our airport transfer from Nice smoothly, which was a big relief after a long flight.
If you're looking for a stress-free travel experience, I’d definitely suggest checking out bcs bus. Their service made our reunion trip so much easier!
