They promptly fixed the reservation problem and gave clear information about available flights. The atmosphere in the office was fantastic, and it was clean. Professional but casual at the same time. Their meticulous attention to detail and the seamless, professional sweeping procedure are much appreciated. I want to visit the office in Chicago and thoroughly suggest them for any questions or services pertaining to Emirates. Overall, it went smoothly and was fun.
