Experiences with the service at the Icelandair DTW Terminal were truly wonderful. The staff was friendly, courteous, and quite accommodating, in my opinion. In addition to the kind care provided throughout, I truly valued the quick and easy check-in procedure. The terminal was tidy and welcoming, offering a pleasant setting in which to begin a journey. I smiled as I departed and am forward to fly with Icelandair once more. I appreciate your considerate service.
