I had a great day at the KLM Airlines Zurich Office. The staff was really polite and went above and beyond to help me with my inquiries. For my flight, they made sure I had all the information I required. I was made to feel really welcome and cared for in the workplace. Because of their excellent customer service, I will most certainly use KLM once more!
