I had an excellent experience at the Virgin Atlantic Geneva Office. The personnel were very professional, pleasant, and sensitive to my needs. They gave clear, helpful information about my flight alternatives and assisted with all of my questions. The office was modern and comfortable, with a welcoming atmosphere.
