I had a good flight with Southwest Airlines BOS Terminal not too long ago. The helpful staff made the check-in process swift and easy. The station itself has lots of seating and was spotless and simple to use. I liked that there were charging stations. My aircraft left on time, and boarding was well-organized. I had a seamless experience overall, and I will gladly take another Southwest flight from BOS!
