I had flown recently on British Airways MAD Airways and my experience was totally smooth. The check-in went quite promptly and efficiently, with friendly, accommodating staff available. It departed strictly on time, and the leg space was adequate. Snacks and drinks were periodically offered to the travelers. I enjoyed the entertainment options provided on board also. In all, British Airways performed beyond anything I could expect from them; I would certainly choose them again for my next trips out of Madrid. Recommended
