Over the past few decades, managed service provider (MSP) RMM tools and PSA software solutions have steadily improved in size and quality, supporting the industry's and individual businesses' ongoing expansion. The last three significant advancements in MSP solutions are paving the way for the next game-changing solution for MSPs. Initially, MSPs relied on in-house systems that required manual updates and maintenance. However, this demanded a large number of resources and eventually became a barrier to meaningful expansion. Point and second solutions were commonplace. To free up more time for service delivery, it introduced more automation and freed up teams from solution maintenance. However, point solutions were isolated, business management solutions were totally disconnected, and "monitoring" tools failed to transfer data into tick system, which led to MSPs ultimately hitting a growth ceiling. The industry grew very excellent at making point solutions work together to create far more automation, efficiency, and growth opportunities. Next, we turned to point solution integrations. Maintaining integrations between distinct products, however, may be time-consuming and frustrating. Queuing issues, duplicate endpoints, and information errors are frequently encountered while dealing with disconnected products. Moreover, managing several user experiences and collaborating with various support teams can increase the complexity and expense of maintaining distinct products. Unfortunately, these issues cannot be easily resolved by using a single sign on a centrally located site.
