To change your Apple ID without losing data, follow these steps. First, sign out of all your devices linked to your current Apple ID. Then, go to Settings on your device and tap on your name. Select "Name, Phone Numbers, Email," and tap "Edit" to change your Apple ID. Ensure you update the email or phone number associated with your account. Finally, sign back into all devices with your new Apple ID credentials. If you've forgotten your password, visit iforgot.apple.com to recover your account. Your data will remain safe as it's synced with iCloud, not tied to your Apple ID email directly.
