Though there are mainly three methods available by which you can easily link your Wavlink extender to the router. These are the WPS, web-based portal, and Wavlink WiFi app methods. Here the first one is an easy process that you can do only in minutes by using the WPS buttons. So, if your router supports a compatible WPS button then follow the first method for the wavlink ac1200 repeater setup. Place both devices near each other so that there will be a successful setup with a strong connection. Later, check the power supply on both devices whether they are ready for setup or not.
If they are, then start the setup by pressing the WPS button from the Wavlink extender first. Check the blinking light on the extender which denotes that it is searching for a connection. Then, push the same WPS button from your existing router and let it attach to the extender. Wait for a few minutes or till both devices start showing solid lights after completing the setup.
