Vidalista 80 mg contains tadalafil as its active ingredient and belongs to a class of medications called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors, just like Fildena 100 mg. Similarly to Fildena, Vidalista primarily works to improve erectile function in men by increasing blood flow to the penis when sexually aroused. However, like Fildena, Vidalista 80 mg does not directly affect arousal itself.

Sexual arousal involves a combination of physiological and psychological factors, including sensory stimulation, emotional state, and mental focus. Vidalista 80 Mg specifically targets the physical aspect of erectile dysfunction by enhancing the body's ability to achieve and maintain an erection in response to sexual stimulation.

When Vidalista 80 mg is ingested, tadalafil inhibits the enzyme phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5), which normally breaks down cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP). By inhibiting PDE5, tadalafil allows cGMP levels to increase, promoting relaxation of the smooth muscles in the penile arteries and corpus cavernosum. This relaxation leads to increased blood flow into the penis, resulting in an erection when sexually stimulated.

In summary, while Vidalista 80 mg can facilitate the physiological processes involved in achieving an erection, it does not directly impact sexual arousal or desire. Arousal still depends on various psychological and emotional factors, and individuals may still need adequate sexual stimulation to experience the desired response.
