I'm considering Thai catering for an upcoming event, but I'm unsure where to start.

Firstly, how do I find authentic Thai caterers in my area? Are there any specific certifications or indicators of authenticity I should look out for?

Secondly, what are some must-have dishes that I should include in the menu to offer a true Thai dining experience?

Lastly, any tips on ensuring the catering stays within budget without compromising on quality?
