MINIRIN 0.2MG contains desmopressin which belongs to the group of medicines called synthetic antidiuretic peptide. It is used to treat diabetes insipidus (a condition with extreme thirst and continuous production of large volumes of dilute urine). It can also be used to treat primary nocturnal enuresis (bed wetting from the age of 5) and nocturia in adults up to 65 years (night-time urine production exceeding bladder capacity).
