If you find that your Epson printer is offline, reboot the printer. Ensure that the device is plugged into your system and that it has network connectivity. Use a local admin account to log into your system. Now, go to the Control Panel and tap the 'Devices and Printers' option. In the printer list, choose your Epson printer and tap 'See what's printing.' Tap on your printer to uncheck the 'Use printer offline' option. It will bring your printer online.
