Set a scoop of peanut oil is a non-stick pan. After the container gets hot, put in a tablespoon of minced ginger and a clove of minced garlic. Mix cook that for approximately 30 moments and then throw in 8 oz. of chopped pork tenderloin and make until browned on all sides.
After the pork is properly browned, put in a half teaspoon of floor coriander, fraction teaspoon of turmeric, a teaspoon of floor cumin, and a fraction teaspoon of red pepper flakes. Throw those spices around easily and then fill in a half a cup of beef inventory or broth. Cook until the broth decreases or the pork is prepared all the way through. Serve this on a bed of the jasmine grain and drop with some floor dark pepper and a press of lime juice.
