Condition
should be used on any type of automatic or semi automatic edge banding machine.
Coating can be made either on the edge or on the section material.
The coated material is immediately placed in contact with the substrate and pressed with rolls.
Application temperature: 160-180??/p>
(The temperature should be checked directly in the gluing system)
Coating speed: ??0m/min
The supports and edges must be at ambient temperature(which should not be less than 15??
and the level of humidity should not exceed 10% in order to obtain a good bond.
Suggestion
1. Should not be mixed with any other type of adhesive.
2. The cover of glue tank should be closed lest the adhesive might be polluted.
3. If the plant line stops for over 2 hours,The glue temperature should be tuned down.
Safety
1. Wear goggles and adiabatic gloves when filling hopper or pot.
2. Keep plant ventilative and forbid any fire.
