You might find dead skin on your feet. The dead skin on your feet heels, balls, or toes is called Callus. It is not dangerous but it can irritate some people. It may seem like hanging or loose skin. This may cause cracks on your heels. These cracks or loose skin seems ugly. Here we have brought you some tips to remove dead skin from feet. Some scrubs and foot soak.

Walking around with naked feet can cause it. Wearing too tight-fitting shoes may also be its cause. It may be caused due to friction or high pressure. It can also be caused due to any medical condition. PREVENTIONS: You can prevent it by wearing proper socks. You can prevent it by wearing proper shoes. Another prevention is to have properly fitting shoes that are not too tight. It can soften your foot heals when you are walking on hard surfaces. Exfoliation Use scrubs to prevent it as well. REMOVAL OF DEAD SKIN FROM FEET: You can cure calluses by the following methods:
Foot soak: Foot soak is one of the best ways to remove it. You should dip your feet in a tub full of warm water and it should not be too hot that it might cause damage to you. Put some Epsom salts in the tub and let them in for about 10-20 minutes after that then take them out. They will become soft and it would be easy to remove the calluses. After it, you can moisturize them.
Pumice stone: Another method is to use a pumice stone. It can be used by wetting the stone and your feet as well in warm water then after 10 minutes rub the pumice stone in rounds and in sideways. Just remove the upper layer. After it, you should use a lotion to soften them.
Scrubbers: You can find different scrubbers from pharmacies or other stores and you can use them to peel off the calluses.
Creams: You can find different creams for healing your cracked heels and you should look after creams that have exfoliating features. It means they should include salicylic acid, lactic acid, or glycolic acid. The main ingredients for the creams should include some hydration. These may have chemicals that can water into the skin which will help them soften and to fill these cracks. Such as urea, glycerin, or hyaluronic acid and for moisturizing you can use petroleum, ceramides, dimethicone, and shea butter.
Moisturize: You should use lotions for moisturizing the areas having calluses or wear some moisturizing soaks when going to bed. It can be very beneficial.
