When you can't receive emails on the hotmail account, you should check the email settings. most probably, something is wrong with the email filters, forwarding or other settings. if you don't know how to setup the hotmail account on your computer. do not worry, here are the guide for why can't I receive emails on hotmail.
1. first of all, you need to log into the hotmail account, here you need to click on the settings. now click on the rules button. here you need to delete button.
2. Go to the forwarding settings, and here you need to deselect the forwarding option. once you will delete the forwarding account. you need to configure it.
3. Let's make sure that the outlook servers are working perfectly fine. If you are unable to access the outlook mail account, you need to remove the re-add the yahoo mail account.
once you will make these changes into the yahoo mail account, your account will start working fine.
