nytimes wordle is a guess-the-hidden word game where you have to guess a five-letter word in 6 tries. After each guess, you will receive color hints about how close your guess was to the target word. There is only one puzzle a day and everyone is trying to solve the same word.
NYT Wordle is a word guessing game published by the New York Times Company in 2022 and it has quickly become a viral phenomenon on Twitter. It's a great game to challenge your brain and vocabulary.
How To Play NYTimes Wordle Game
The goal of the game is to guess a 5-letter word within 6 attempts or less.
First, you can enter any valid 5-letter word using your keyboard or the virtual keyboard on the screen. Then, press Enter. After each guess, you will receive clues about how close you are to the target word.
If the color of the tiles turns green, then congrats, that letter is in the target word and in the right place.
If the color of the tiles turns yellow, that letter is in the hidden word but isn't in the right place.
And if the color of the tiles turns gray, that letter is not in the target word at all. Try another word without this letter!
After some tries, if you know a few letters in the exact spot (green) and a few letters in yellow, you can try to deduce the hidden word and win the game!
Remember that the number of guesses is limited. You only have 6 chances. And if you can't solve the puzzle within 6 tries, you have to wait until tomorrow to play a new Wordle.
Once you solved the word, you can share your results on Twitter and other social media and brag about it! All that other people can see are green, yellow, and gray tiles. The letters will be hidden!
