Best Stretches For Intruding Menstrual Cramps

Menstrual cramps or menstrual pain is something that cuts across all lines and all demographics. It doesn't matter what race, color, creed, or nationality a woman is, she is susceptible to having monthly period pain. Menstrual cramps come in different levels of pain, anywhere from very mild to so severe that you can end up in the emergency room at the hospital. To the women that don't deal with the problems that monthly menses can bring, be glad. After riding the waves of some of the most severe pain that I have ever experienced, I can say that menstrual pain is not something I would wish on my worst enemy; no matter how much I hated them.

Even if you have mild cramps, you should be grateful. With severe ??????? menstrual cramps, the severest of the severe are not just about the pain. A severe period pain sufferer deals with a lot of other things that a mild sufferer might not have to deal with. Some of the other symptoms that come with severe cramps are: frequent bowl movements and gas, back pain, nausea, vomiting, and headaches; not to mention premenstrual syndrome several days before. With all of these varied symptoms, it is not always easy to find one thing that can deal with all of them. As someone who experiences the majority of the above symptoms during my periods, I can tell you that I have yet to find one thing that can fix everything.
