Have you wondered how Santa Claus makes it around the world in one night delivering gifts to every home and not missing one? How about millions of gifts in one big red velvet bag in a single sleigh pulled by nine flying reindeer and none of them getting mixed up or delivered to the wrong home? Another question to consider is how he knows and remembers millions of people by name and never confuses one from the other? You can't forget about how weather conditions and damage control is planned for so that each one is delivered in perfect condition with no defects whatsoever? Is this a miracle in the making or what?
Answers is all we want but we may only be able to assume how this is done year after year. The ones that know the real answers are Santa Claus, Mrs. Claus, and the elves. It seems though that we'll not be able to consult or interview them for solid concrete answers. Since assumptions is all we have lets go on an exploration journey and possible figure out how it could be done.
The plan. Sitting down at his desk he would read through the naughty and nice list to find out who will be getting presents. Then he would go to his control room and find out what each one of them wanted. After getting the elf's in the toy factory to make each one he would have them to organize each according to his route that has been mapped out.
The preparation. Beforehand he would track weather conditions to expect the worse because he wouldn't want any surprises. He would monitor rough neighborhoods to see when would be the best time to fly through making deliveries. Safety is his primary concern and how to deal with problems that may occur. Having a backup plan is not a process that needs to be overlooked.
The execution. The day has arrived and now everything is ready. Looking over all the details making sure that all possibilities have been thought about and counter measure scenarios have been incorporated into a action plan. If anything is missed then it could put Santa behind and his mission could be jeopardized. Overworked reindeer will slow him down and interfere with the progress that will need to be made in a short period of time.
Don't be surprised when Santa pays you a visit and leaves those wanted gifts. Making everyone happy is his ultimate goal. In his mind he will not fail and let those eagerly waiting smiling faces down. He will do whatever is possible within his power to achieve the seemingly impossible.
