When you can't log into the sbcglobal email account on the phone or computer. it means, there is something wrong with the user account or password. here in this article, I am sharing the quick techniques. Through which, you can easily fix the login issues.
1. Whenever you can't access the sbcglobal email account. you should reset the password first.
2. Now go to the att website and assure that the servers are working fine.
3. When you cannot access the mail account, you need to edit the incoming and outgoing server settings. right after that, you need to edit the account.
4. Let's go to the account settings again and update the Port number and outgoing server address.
