To use Garmin.com/Expressyour device needs to be connected to the computer using the USB charging cable or an ANT+ stick. If the application is installed, Garmin.com/Expresswill launch and connect with the external drive. NOTE: The Forerunner 310XT/405/405CX/410/610/910XT, Garmin Swim, vivofit, vivofit 2/3/4, and vivomove require an ANT stick to make a connection with Garmin Express.
