The reason an extra sheet of paper is being printed is due to print settings. This setting is typically used in offices where print volume is high and multiple users are printing. The extra sheet of paper prints in separate print jobs, but if you're the only one printing, this can be really annoying. hp black ink not printing, fortunately, it's an easy fix!
