office.com/setup - Recently certain users have complained that there is no sound coming from the speakers, but only from headphones since they upgraded to the 2017 Windows 10 Fall Creators Update. The sound-less issue is among the most annoying Windows 10 problems after all the updates, including important update like Creators Update as well as the cumulative updates that are regular. When users connect their headphones to the device, they can hear the music playing. However, if they disconnect from the gadget, speaker built into the device won't function correctly. The sound is only compatible using headphones that are compatible with Windows 10.

The headphones are easy in terms of technology; they connect the pin to the jack and they simply work. It should be possible to hear the sound of your device, and if the headphones are equipped with a microphone that is built in, you'll be able to connect it to chat apps or any other app that is able to receive sound via your computer. They aren't a complex device. If you're experiencing problems using them, it's probably related to your system and the way the sound devices are set up to work on it.
