A San Antonio strip club is confronting a claim asserting it abused government law by terminating a barkeep after she became pregnant.

San Antonio Men's Club is blamed for abusing Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which was revised in 1978 to restrict sex segregation based on pregnancy - a condition the barkeep says she was told was not viable with the "dream" the club sells.

Offended party Sara Soto, 31, is looking for vague monetary harms that incorporate past and future lost pay and advantages. She likewise needs compensatory harms, including for mental agony and torment and enduring, and correctional harms.
