I must say I was taken aback by the professionalism of the customer executives. They were uncooperative and rude. Every time I wanted to clarify my doubts regarding the service features, they became agitated. And, when I sent a message requesting them to forward the task (as specified earlier), they did not revert at all. I tried to get hold of them via email, I but I had no luck.

I couldn’t believe my eyes, what I was reading. The standard of the write-up was extremely poor. It got me thinking that the writers might not be qualified after all.
