In a recent issue of Translational Science, Michael J. Levey and J. Stephen Lanning report on their thorough Cenforce Review, "A Systematic Review of Metabolic Regulation." The authors point out that the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has not approved the claims of benefits or safety of the Top Secret Essentials for Life program (letter), despite acknowledging the benefits to patients with L-carnitine deficiency (led to by deficiencies of ATP, which is an important factor in energy production). Despite this, Cenforce continues to market it, claiming clinical improvement reports and "substantial evidence" that it can improve symptoms of L-carnitine deficiency, which in turn benefit patients with L-carnitine deficiency or other metabolic diseases such as diabetes, obesity, and thyroid problems. The Cenforce Review goes on to point out that a major problem with prescription medications, at both the FDA and in pharmacies, is that they "rely on testimonials" from doctors, while" scanty studies support" them. They further point out that this makes drug marketing more difficult because there are now conflicting statements from various bodies.
In their Cenforce review male enhancement review, the researchers point out that, based on their review, "many men take much longer to achieve effects...than desired." This is true, particularly because they specifically excluded cases where the patient had a milder case of L-carnitine deficiency, while including cases where patients were diagnosed with a severe deficiency. Thus, the use of supplemental antioxidants could be a helpful adjuvant treatment, but to date, it has not been proven effective in any published case. The researchers also point out that, in the clinical setting, patients taking supplemental antioxidants have experienced increased muscle mass and an increase in strength as compared to controls, but this was not observed in the antioxidant/placebo double-blind trial.
The researchers conclude their Cenforce 100 Mg review male enhancement with recommendations that, if you take the recommended dose as directed, you should experience an increase in libido and an increase in erectile function, but those changes should only be short-lived. They also suggest that men with a milder case of L-carnitine deficiency should not consider taking supplemental antioxidants. In addition, a recent clinical trial comparing the effect of a chemical form of L-carnitine (artifensine) with its natural alternative (l-carnitine) has revealed that, despite similar results, the supplemental form may not be as efficient as the natural one. Men with L-carnitine deficiencies should instead take a substance known to increase the amount of carnitine in the body - sildenafil citrate.
