There is no option in Chrome that allows you to disable Chrome browser incognito mode. So, first, open run Windows and type and open 'regedit.' Next, open HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE in the menu. Then, click on 'Software' then 'Policies.' Now, look for a folder titled 'Google.' It should contain a folder titled 'Chrome.' Right-click on it and click New >DWORD 32-bit Value, and alter the entry's name to 'IncognitoModeAvailability.' Now, change the value of IncognitoModeAvailability to 1, and click OK.
