Well, first lets talk about the basic idea of this mini-game in the first location. My idea is that, somewhere in Runescape there'll be a big area (possibly about the size of clan wars or a little bigger:/) and in that region there's a giant stadium divide into four different sections to keep lower and higher level thieving players apart therefore the lower level players don't need to fret about readily getting pick pocketed with a greater level burglar. Before you go into the arena there's a big (about the size of the Grand Exchange) building in which you enter to get started.
