They don't. The purpose is the ability, not whether or not it will be carried out. Currently every single thing in OSRS can be obtained with luck/time today even when you made a IM. We voted against rares in 2013 and 2018 as a community do not like the aspect of missing out because we're busy IRL. I'm wanting to make sure that the exact same is true here -- some rewards may only be accessible for the very best X champions but there will be none that aren't offered in a subsequent league, otherwise only X such items could ever exist in RuneScape around the GE, that is not something that we (historically) have wanted. If that's the case then I don't care how difficult it is to win these leagues. This is about equilibrium of the economy.
What about these rares they give out online flow for events and stuff. From a fall celebration by a jmod, the only real means to get them like the half jugs of wine. I am not sure I understand what you are referring to. Holiday items when dropped during vacation occasions are always got in subsequent years' holiday events. The jug is the sole rare that I can find of this nature you're speaking about on the wiki. Can you have cases? Why is the price of this jug not high if it is stopped? Weird.
They have not released midsummer events for the past two decades so there has not been any half jugs and discs of returning coming into RuneScape. But there is still a lot of these. I joined after the last midsummer event, in late 2017. I guess that's why they haven't been heard of by me. I guess you are correct that items do exist in OSRS so the precedent is there. That this is unintentional, Although I think? Sounds strange since people technically didn't vote for discontinued rares but I suppose it was an unintended result of cancelling (?) An event. Or is the event just irregular?
I already editted my post between the answer which basically sums up to nowhere did if u didnt compete 28, they state un gain points. Away topix, but we didnt vote contrary to rares. They polled it backward. Comparable to polling"should we introduce turmoil without soulsplit." When it didnt reach 75% then soulsplit was desired by saying the community. We voted if they need to be discontinued for the concept of holiday items voted. If jagex had stated continued in the query, we'd have items. Discontinued got 64.2%.
