The Copa Airlines Amsterdam Office can provide business travelers with guidance on where to contact the airline or organization for general questions about ticketing, ticket bookings, or travel planning. All employees should be familiar with the policies and procedures regarding corporate travel. This includes seeking approval prior to booking any tickets as well as determining any necessary reimbursements after the trip. Printed receipts and itineraries can make filing expense reports easier when the trip is completed. In the event the meetings are time-sensitive, travelers will want to leave plenty of time between their connecting flights and ground transportation. They should also make sure they can contact someone if their flights are delayed.
