Our family had a fantastic experience at the Turkish Airlines Manchester Office. We walked in and the staff were courteous, friendly, and very well-informed. They answered our queries regarding excess baggage and transit processes within no time, and we were all set. They even made excellent suggestions regarding seats to ensure that our family stays seated together on the flight. The individual attention we were given truly impressed and made us feel special as customers. Travel with kids can be stressful, but the crew went out of their way to minimize tension and make things easy. We were highly impressed and appreciative of the efforts. Turkish Airlines has indeed raised the bar at their Manchester Office.
