Hello, I had a wonderful experience at the United Airlines LAS Terminal. As soon as I entered, everything seemed quite organized, always a good thing to see when traveling alone. The check-in computers were a breeze to use, and the security line was kept moving even during what appeared to be a rush hour. I loved how neat everything was — particularly the restrooms. That's always a dead giveaway of how well an airport is managed! I had time to get a quick snack close to the gate and enjoyed lots of comfortable seating close by. Even the announcements weren't typically muffled chaos — they were clear and on time. United employees were friendly, and one even assisted an elderly couple with directions. That kind of humanity goes far. Overall, the terminal experience wasn't stressful at all, which isn't something I can say about airports. Thumbs up from me.
