Hello! Flying out of the San Jose Airport Southwest Terminal and had such a wonderful experience. The terminal is modern, clean, and surprisingly quiet. I was flying with my family, and it was a relief to see helpful signs, friendly personnel, and short lines. The security process was efficient, and the agents were courteous—not always the case in busy airports! We stopped to grab a snack at one of the tiny cafes and were able to find lots of room with charging ports for our phones near the gate. The Southwest staff were friendly and welcoming. It's a small terminal, which I actually like better than the crazy big terminals. The bathrooms were immaculate, and the boarding went quickly. Overall, it was airport-style "no-stress" land. I’d definitely choose to fly out of Southwest again!
