They arranged the wheelchair service from KLIA to Doha and on to London. The staff were very empathetic and meticulous. They even sent through an email verifying all the arrangements. It was such a relief to have local assistance from individuals who are aware of both the airline's systems and Malaysian airport facilities. Due to their assistance, my parents took a hassle-free, smooth flight. Outstanding service.
